Reservations
Court time is held for ten minutes while you complete your details. If the hold lapses the slot returns to the board and another player may claim it.

The standards every member, guest and coach can expect — on court and in the booking experience.
Court & reservation policy
Cancellations
Cancel or move a session up to 24 hours ahead at no charge. Inside 24 hours the session is billed in full so your coach's court time is protected.
Arrival
Arrive ten minutes early and check in at the pro shop. Sessions begin and end on the hour so the next player starts on time.
Court etiquette
Non-marking court shoes only. Collared shirts on the show courts. Keep phones silent and off court during instruction.
Junior programs
A parent or guardian stays on site for Tots and Junior Development sessions. Coaches release juniors only to a listed guardian.
Weather
The club calls play for lightning or standing water. Weather cancellations are credited to your next reservation automatically.

Points played clean inside the line, with a coach on the sideline calling the standard.
